Returns
We hope you are satisfice whit your purchase however Brilliant Bikinie´s wants you to be in love with your purchase! But if for any reason there is an issue with it, we have return options available to make sure you enjoy your shopping experience with us. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly accept returns and refund the method of payment used.
We custom make every bikini and make your bikini to your measurements therefore have a very strict NO REFUND due to change of mind. This includes if you decide not to compete.
Returns Process
Returns and alterations are processed within 5 business days of receiving your items. All returns will be automatically processed for store credit; if you prefer an exchange, you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our site. All refunds and exchanges will be dealt with via email outside the website. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of the customer receiving the order. If a return is sent after the 7 days, it will not be accepted.
All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. Take care not to get tan on the garment. For hygiene reasons please keep underwear on when first trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

Shoes
Competition Heels may be returned for store credit only. Alternatively, we can exchange for a different size, please contact us via email.
Please include your order details with your return. Once we receive your heels, your store credit will be issued via email which you can use towards another size or style.
Returned items must appear UNWORN (new) and in the original packaging. If this is violated in any way, your shoes will be shipped back to you.

International returns
For international returns, you have 7 days from when you receive the product to when you send it back).
Please note that international returns that are not received in their original condition as per the first section of this returns policy will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached.
